Leslie Luxx has become known for her bold transformation and her dream to look like a real-life superhero.
The OnlyFans creator from Venice Beach, California, says she has spent about $100,000 on cosmetic surgeries over the past three and a half years to create her fantasy-inspired appearance.
From the very start, Leslie wanted her body to mirror the exaggerated, animated beauty of her favorite anime characters. She says she always admired how these fictional girls looked confident, lively, and full of personality. For her, achieving that same image in real life became both a creative and emotional journey.
Leslie began her transformation years ago and has since gone through a long list of cosmetic procedures. Speaking in an interview with Truly in December 2023, she shared details about the surgeries she has undergone. These include rhinoplasty, rib modification, lip lifts, several Brazilian butt lifts, and multiple breast augmentations. Every procedure, she says, has been a step closer to becoming the person she imagines herself to be.
