Teaming up with Los Angeles-based makeup artist David Velasquez, Pamela brought back the heavy eyeliner, bold lashes, and voluminous blonde hair that once defined an era.
Velasquez shared the glam moment on Instagram with the caption: “Rock n Roll like the 90s,” — and fans immediately went wild.
Velasquez didn’t reveal exactly when the photo was taken, though he previously did Anderson’s makeup for a 2022 shoot.

Wearing a red Versace robe, charcoal black liner, overlined beige lipstick and a dramatic pair of fake eyelashes, the post lit up social media with reactions ranging from nostalgic excitement to surprise.
